The City of Sacramento has entered into an exclusive negotiating agreement with the Convergence development team that is behind a proposal for a new sports and entertainment venue at The Railyards. The Convergence proposal would integrate a Sports and Entertainment Center with the Sacramento Intermodal Transportation Facility.
